Visiting 4 festivals during the summer of 2010, the Mash team prepared and retailed Wall’s products at the Wall’s Cafe on behalf of Iris Experience.  

Mash recruited a team consisting of an Event Manager, 2 Chefs, 2 Sous Chefs and Core Brand Ambassadors.  The team worked across all festivals preparing hot pasties, sausage and bacon sandwiches.  Each serving was required to taste and look great, and clearly branded. The Chefs and Event Manager were responsible for the safe transportation, storage and preparation of each serving, as well as monitoring stock levels and conditions throughout each day.
