The Avon activity jointly aimed to deliver product knowledge to Avon's current consumers and build brand awareness atrracting new customers to the range. Our teams needed to be credible and qualified from a cosmetic perspective, demonstrate clear health and beauty experience and successfully integrate with the regional Avon teams in delivering a successful activity.

Mash structured a team consisting of a core management tier, 8 core professional make up artists to work across all 13 venues and weekends, and a regionally based support team of brand ambassadors to implement the sampling drive.
