Avon

Challenge :: A mult tiered experiential engagement, the Avon activity jointly aimed to deliver product knowledge to our current consumers and both brand awareness and user information to new users.  Our teams needed to appear credible and well versed from a cosmetic perspective, demonstrate clear health and beauty experience and successfully integrate with the regional Avon teams in delivering a successful activity.

 

Delivery :: Mash structured a team consisting of a core management tier, 8 core professional make up artists to work across all 13 venues and weekends, and a regionally based support team of brand ambassadors to implement the sampling drive.  The activity visited 13 major shopping centres across the UK, sampling an average of 8,000 consumers, distributing 2000 brochures and performing an average of 120 general 'make overs' per day.  With unprecedented interest generated by the campaign, the activity exceeded all targets and expectations with Avon expressing delight with the campaign.
