First ever UK sampling campaign.

OBJECTIVE

Set up 'street clinics', enabling consumers to have on the spot skin diagnosis and analysis.

DELIVERY

5 teams of VICHY brand ambassadors were trained in skin care and analysis. Each team was situated outside a London pharmacist and conducted 1000 tests over 3 days, leading to a 400% uplift in like for like sales over the following month. Further activity, on a national scale is planned for 2006.
